Fiordaliso Bianco - fresh and mineral grechetto from Todi
Made from 100% grechetto di Todi, sustainably grown on calcareous and clayey soil near Todi.
This straw-yellow wine with green nuances offers scent notes of white flowers, pink grapefruit, and green apples.
The taste is dry and fresh with a salty minerality and a vibrant acidity, making it both elegant and persistent.
The grapes are gently hand-harvested, fermented with natural yeast, and aged for six months in steel tanks with the fine lees.
This process preserves the wine's fresh and pure expression.
