This Sangiovese from Tuscany is juicy and lively with plenty of acidity and a medium body with moderate, ripe tannins. The acidity cuts nicely through the fat and salt in grilled and roasted meat, while the tannins soften against juicy proteins. Choose dishes with a certain richness and flavor, but avoid going too heavy, so the wine's freshness has room. Classic Tuscan combinations with tomato and herbs fall completely naturally here.

Cabernet Sauvignon from 17-year-old vines.
The vineyard is located in Poggioferro on the northwest slope of the ancient volcano Monte Amiata at an altitude of 500-550 meters.
Juicy, fine, and lively - lots of acidity.
The soil is enriched by limestone and minerals from the volcano. 1 HA.
Spontaneous fermentation, 10 days carbonic maceration, followed by open tonneaux and stainless steel.
Aging in steel.
Total production is approximately 4,000 bottles in this vintage.
