The vineyard is located in Poggioferro on the northwest slope of the ancient volcano Monte Amiata at an altitude of 500-550 meters.

Juicy, fine, and lively - lots of acidity. Perfect as a companion to a good steak.
The soil is enriched by limestone and minerals from the volcano. 1 HA.

Spontaneous fermentation, 10 days carbonic maceration, followed by open tonneaux and stainless steel.
Aging in steel.

Total production is approximately 4,000 bottles in this vintage.
