This Franciacorta has a fine mousse, high freshness and a creamy core with notes of citrus, acacia honey and apricot. The bubbles and the crisp acidity cut through richness and salt, while the light creaminess settles softly against butter-based and delicate dishes. You get the best pairings with light, delicate plates, where the wine can cleanse the palate without being drowned out, and where the soft fruit plays up against fat and umami.

Complex, intensely toasty nose of zabaglione and apple pie. Medium-bodied with fine, lingering bubbles. Savory character, tightly knit structure and a very long, zesty finish.
Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and persistent mousse. Fine notes of fresh lemon on the nose, followed by walnut, oysters and fresh peach, with fine notes of salted caramel and iodine on the finish. Pure and clear on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, a beautiful flow, stimulating, with a slightly grippy finish.
