The grapes are grown on chalky soils in Burgundy, where the cool climate provides optimal conditions for preserving freshness.

After hand harvesting and gentle pressing, the must is fermented at low temperatures. 30% of the wine is aged in steel tanks, while the remaining part is placed in barrels, 10% of which are new.
