This red wine from the southern Rhône is medium-bodied with soft, ripe tannins, juicy red fruit and a hint of pepper, and its fresh acidity makes it enormously versatile at the table. The ripe tannins have just enough grip to meet the richness of charcuterie and most meat dishes, while the freshness cuts through and keeps the palate clean between bites. You get the best balance with dishes in the same medium-bodied weight class, where the peppery note plays up against lightly spiced preparations and richness from meat or cheese.

The field is located in the southern part of the Côte du Rhône
Syrah 56.2%, Grenache 35.8%, Marselan 8%.
Hand harvested and matured on stainless steel.
Beautiful ruby red color. The aroma is beautiful with red berries and peppercorns.
The taste is enjoyable with lots of fruit and lovely freshness.
