Montenidoli Il Templare Toscana IGT Bianco 2021

Vinified in wood, as the Knights Templar did with the 3 white grapes: Vernaccia, Trebbiano, and Malvasia.

The result is a full-bodied wine that only becomes more and more refined with age. 

An exciting blend of grapes. 80% Vernaccia, 15% Trebbiano gentile, 5% Malvasia bianca.

The color is a beautiful golden hue. 

The aroma is captivating and full of fruit. 

The taste is rich with spicy tones. The aftertaste is delightfully long and persistent.

Enjoy it with delicious food. It is perfect for truffles, mushrooms, or foie gras. Or enjoy it after good red wines, together with cheese.

The terroir is a mix of clay, calcareous, and sandy soil, approximately 350 meters above sea level.

The untreated juice goes directly into old oak barrels. Then 12 months in French barriques (225 L) and 12 months in glass-lined cement tanks. Finally, in the bottle where age and finesse are achieved.
